I have had the unlimited package for over a year. It used to have such hard brushes that it would flip my cars side mirrors and not dry very well but all that has changed. New Dryers new side brushes that are super soft and mirrors stay put. I LOVE this place so much that I literally pass a car wash a block from my house to go to this one. The attendants will always scrub specific area if I ask them to. Very accommodating. They have never raised my rate and I don't plan on going anywhere else!

Gets the car clean fairly well except the wheels and a little area on the back still a little dirty. I have the basic monthly wash for $10 so it’s a good value. No problems

UPDATE 2: My experience after the 2021 winter storm wasn't bad. Although some of the wash parts aren't working after being replaced with new better ones, my car was clean after one wash.nMany of the vacuums don't have much suction so you have to check both vacuums before you get started. With the high volume of cars coming through its understandable that things need repair I just hope they make them in a timely fashion in the future. All things considered I'm very pleased with the service I receive at the p wash factory.nThe customer service is great! Some days they only have one person setting up the wash and prewashing the front and back of the car. They are always helpful even washed my tires once when the tire brushes weren't working.nnUPDATED: I have had a subscription for almost a year and the level of service has dramatically declined. Many of the parts dont work when driving through. I never receive a the tire service I pay for. I'm often driving through twice to get my car clean.nHow are vacuums open everywhere but where I pay monthly?nnI pay monthly and I'm very pleased with the service.

I'm on a monthly payment plan for unlimited car washes. Overall, I really like this place. There are a few drawbacks, but $15 per month for unlimited car washes has resulted in my truck being consistently cleaner than ever before.nnPros:n1. I like being able to zip right in line with the barcode sticker on my windshield.n2. Conveniently located on 380.n3. Car Wash does a decent job of cleaning.n4. Vacuums are strong.nnCons:n1. The thoroughness of the wash has been inconsistent at times. At one point, they changed the type of wash lubricants they used and it left a blue residue on my truck. I asked about it and they said if I downgraded my plan that I wouldn't get the blue residue, so that's what I did.n2. Sometimes certain vacuum spots have very weak suction, requiring me to move to another spot.n3. The facility is on a very small footprint, thus making it a tight fit to maneuver my full size pickup truck at times, (such as the 90 degree turn right before entering the car wash, or when the vacuum area is crowded).
