People are polite and courteous I pointed out a price error on the shelf and they immediately adjusted the amount and refunded the difference.
I went to store to place my order which unfortunately the store doesn’t have available furniture. Chris has been very helpful and patient, I asked if they accept competitor’s coupon and he accepted it and gave me % off of my order. I really appreciate the help, I barely encounter an associate from any store that I go with that’s really helpful. Kudos to you Chris and keep up the good work!
Usually well stocked and good prices. I shop also at Lowes and it's about the same. Great return policy. Customer service is pretty good depending what department you are in. Tool department great, lumber kinda slow. Some of the people working there know everything about the store and some only know about what department they are working.
Had a very poor experience with their paint department AND customer service today. Went across the street to Lowe’s and had EXCELLENT customer service all around. Kindness gets my business every time!
While they didn't have everything I was looking for, the one thing that truly impressed me was that their associates on the floor were willing and able to help. I will definitely be shopping here again. (Lowes, I gave you plenty of opportunities to shine but now..I am done with you!)
