It does a better job than most gas station car washes. I love the wheel brushes, because they do a pretty good job of cleaning the wheels and tired. I wish it polished the tires though.
My car is the clean!
Left bubbles, did not get any dirt off my car. Would have been better off waiting for a Houston rainstorm to clean my car.
Tried to wash my car here. The machine was out of soap. And one of the jets lost a nozzle or something. Sounded like my paint was coming off. Didn't get the rain spots off and still had that light coat pf road dust on the back of the car... Worst car wash in Friendswood. HEB needs to fix this! ASAP.
Never. In my life. Have I ever had such a horrible car wash experience. There were three cars in front of me. How in the heck does is take 34 minutes for it to be my turn is beyond me. The machine and whole system is ridiculously slow and inefficient. I don’t understand - the car wash wasn’t super thorough or anything - and you get stuck in line in the curbs around you. I hardly ever bother taking the time to write a place a review - but this was absurd. H-E-B needs to service this equipment and figure out what the heck is wrong. I am just appalled ! H-E-B is so too notch so not sure why their car wash is sub par ... so disappointed. Do not waste your money !
