Facility is nice as well as staff. The only reason why I gave a 4 star rating is I received a 60 minute massage and not my full 90 minute massage that my daughter purchased for me. Other than that, massage was great.
Massage Heights provides great massage and facial services. Alexis is amazing!!!
The front staff is impatient more often than the other locations, making the booking process and all the check in/check our process stressful. Counterintuitive to the whole intent of a relaxing massage experience. One front desk lady asked me if I wanted to provide a tip/how much with my massage therapist standing right there, so need to watch out for that.nnThe massage therapists I’ve had here are decent. One would tell me about her relationship problems the whole time but after switching away from here things got a little better.
Siriluck is very good at what she does. If you have any trouble spots let her know, she of great at typical massage heights style but also gifted at Thai style stretching. I kind of don’t want to mention her for fear of reduced booking availability, but it’s well deserved.
Marlene is amazing! Always delivers excellent service. The front desk staff are friendly. Great location
