The worst experience I ever had at an apartment complex. The management is very poor, and the staff was very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone. Please don’t make the same mistake that I made, just DON’T, because if you do you will not be happy of the decision you made. The apartment management needs to change, because they are NOT nice, and all they want is your money. I wish I could give them a zero.

It’s been more than 2 months we moved to this apartment there were few things that needed to be repaired we already complained 2/3 but the management keep saying yes but nobody showed up. We expected a lot but unfortunate they dint very disappointed.

Management is rude, AC units don’t cool between 10am-8pm throughout the year.. but every week you call to ask for help they send someone that tells you that nothing is wrong with the unit. Please do yourself a favor and don’t make the same mistake my family and I did... don’t lock yourself in a contract and be stock in this very poor living conditions!

Clean, quiet and convenient community to live in. The ladies working here are always friendly and pleasant to deal with. I've lived here for nearly 4 years and only encountered 2 maintenance issues ( both due to normal wear and aging) which maintenance resolved promptly the SAME DAY. If you are looking for a reasonably priced community ran by outstanding staff, choose the Villas at River Park West.
