About three weeks ago I called Covenent, whom I have been using for years. I needed a new water heater and they came out but never heard from them again. After numerous times of calling the office and leaving messages, with no one returning my calll, I had to reach out to someone else. After all my years giving my business to this company I think I would at least get a call back to say they couldn't help me. I waited over 2 weeks to hear something and didn't hear anything. I gave the rating 1 Star and only because that is the only way I could get in to rate this company.

GREAT plumbers with tons of experience and can get the job done fast and wont charge outrageous prices. they are very knowledgeable. it is a father and 2 sons. they replace water lines and re pipe houses. they repair and or replace anthing dealing with sewer, water, and gas. like water heaters, dishwashers, gabage disposals, and faucets. and clear drain lines. give them a call you wont regret it.
