I texted JR Plumbing at 7am due to a clogged pipe and an overflowing toilet from the night before. I got a very fast response from Raymond and he sent a crew out within an hour and a half. Jason was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and engaging. He diagnosed my problem immediately. They unclogged my main drain pipe within 30 minutes at a very reasonable price. By 11am, everything was working like new! I definitely recommend JR Plumbing.

I absolutely had no idea how to describe what problem I was having with our problem to our house after the massive snow storm. When I spoke to Raymond, he was patient and treated me with respect. He was thorough and explained the price which was very reasonable under the circumstances. He was able to direct me and send out a plumber within 2 hours after we spoke. The gentleman that cam out where respectful and kind. They too was able to give us clear wisdom and help troubleshoot our problem. Talk about EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They followed up with us after the appointment as well. I will keep J.R Plumbing in my contacts and on speed dial for any future needs. Thank you!

5/5 for sure. These guys are awesome across the board. Great communication, great value and super professional. They show up on time ready to work and do a great job with honest and upfront pricing. They are not there to nickel and dime you, they are there to earn a customer for life and it shows. They installed a tankless water heater for significantly less than the bigger brands and did not try and upsell you like the other guys do. They've got my future business 100%. Called and spoked to the owner. Very nice guy, quickly was able to pinpoint what the problem was. He sent Alex down, he showed up on time, very friendly and informative and helped us clear the lines. The price was fair and was done quickly. We do have other work needed but I'm confident they will be reasonable on their estimate I'm expecting.
