Drain was clogged by a miss-sized pvc end cap. First plumber didn’t want to try to push the end cap to the main which could make more of a problem so he called his supervisor. Supervisor came out and was going to use the camera but couldn’t get it past the first bend. I had told him I used a cable and got way further than that. He didn’t charge me for the camera and left me with how much it would cost for 5ft and every foot deeper they went to find the problem. He was polite and courteous!

Damien, Joel and Steve all did an excellent job in diagnosing our problem and solving it during a really busy time for plumbers. Damien especially went the extra mile in taking the time to show us on camera what our pipes look like. We are truly grateful and happy to have our plumbing working properly again.

We have used Roto Rooter many times and we have had nothing but good experiences. I found a leak in my ceiling this morning and Lee had it fixed beautifully by dinner time. The work looks great and Lee takes a lot of pride in doing high quality work. I was pleasantly surprised about what I thought was a very reasonable price from a major plumbing company.

They were very responsive and provided expeditious service. Informed us of everything that was going on as repairs were being completed. Damien was professional and very respectful of our time.

I was one of many people who had serious damage done to my home in Texas during the freeze. Despite the high demand for water damage repair, Roto router returned my phone call promptly and very quickly sent out a crew to do the medication services. They were very efficient and very fast but still did a high-quality job. They kept me informed of every step of the process as far as a projected timeline and we’re very straightforward about any potential complications. Mark Angerstein was my project head and Jason was his tech and I would recommend them to anyone. Rotorooter Will have my business for the rest of my life because of how helpful they were to me and many other people during this unprecedented disaster.
