This location offers NO customer service.nAfter walking around the store several times for help I found 4 employees having a gathering in the clothing department. When I asked the group for assistance l was told, “I’ll be right there”. Then I continued to wait until they decided the end their little gathering. I’ll travel to Katy before I offer this location anymore business. It’s been a good run.

Manager is very rude and seems like she doesn't know what she is doing and employees were not doing their job. Ridiculous!

Went to Tractor Supply today to see if a Truck Tool Box on sale was available in store. It was and I purchased. Avoided the shipping cost on internet purchase and Kelly helped me install it on my truck. Very good day at Tractor Supply

The manager named Menley, who rung me up for my products was friendly at first. Then when I noticed that my product was the wrong price, she stats someone probably put it in the wrong spot and went to look and came back to say it was put in the wrong spot, but how does she know where I found it? So I told her I wanted a refund and she's says ok and walks away, comes back minutes later and says you need to wait in line for your refund which had 7+ people already waiting even though she just rang me out. So I wait in a different line for 20 minutes to get a refund, while she stood there watching the cashier, when she could've just gave me my refund. I asked her for the manager and she's says I am the manager and you have to get in line for the refund. She literally just rang me up but I have to get in a different line to get a refund. Worse experience ever and the cashier named Sheila that ended up giving me the refund was very nice and apologetic.

Waiting 20 minutes. They kept paging people. Never got helped at propane station.
