While my experiences with this realtor were pleasant during communications, she did not look out for the client whom was seeking property to move into. My experiences with this realtor had me sending messages and emails as well as phone calls with no reciprocation. After empty promises of offers on rental properties, I had to find another realtor just to inform me that the property had already been leased prior to our discussions. The entire experience left my family and I high and dry whenever we needed her help the most.nnI am rating two stars for Deb Jamail instead of one due to her pleasant speaking and mannerisms when communicating over the phone. Just beware when using this realtor for rental property as she is helping the property owner and not the renter.
