First of all - Awesome Customer Service. I had called a few places needing emergency service, a few were busy and some didn’t answer at all. From the beginning they handled the situation swiftly and promptly. Jesse was our tech, Hands down the best tech I’ve had at my house. He was thorough and answered all my questions, and then some.nI HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. 10 stars would be best for everyone here.

Our historic home on the historic district in Galveston. We lost all our plumbing under the house and some pipes in the house. The team gave a fair price. Elijah and Ricardo worked in the house three days. They went above and beyond on this plumbing job. The guys stayed late on Friday to get one shower running not leaving until almost 6 p.m. after being here all day. Everything they did was fairly priced. They easily could have taken advantage and they did not everything was fair.nnAt times during this job, they had 4 to 5 guys working on the house.nnThey are respectful of our home, before they did any work they shared the price and it was up to us. Plumber came out on aThursday to assess plumbing/hot water heater and stated he would return on Saturday to complete installation of water heater. He collected $1862 from me on Thursday. On Saturday no one showed up. I reached out to the company only for them to claim it was a miscommunication. There was no communication about delay etc. until I reached out after not hearing from anyone. I really do not understand why the plumber collected nearly $1900 from me for a service not completed! After speaking to customer service about it, she really didn't seem to care much and was very nonchalantly not helpful. Only used this company because AHS sent this company to my home. DO NOT use this company!

This company charged us $1,077.00 for pipe repair. The water in the bathroom barely trickles out and there is no hot water. The plumber neglected to check the hot water heater before leaving. We have been calling since he left and only voicemail. No one has called us back.
