My car desperately needed a wash and vacuum, and it looked great when they were all done! The problem was it took them 2 hours to wash and vacuum it! I showed up at 9:45 am and finally drove away at 11:50 am. There were only maybe 5 cars there, but only two people cleaning the interiors after the cars got washed. I had my three year old daughter with me and it was miserable.
I did use this car wash for long time this time it was a terrible job . My car was not vacuumed properly was still dirty. Mistakes are part of our life’s I accept as long as it is corrected right way. I could not get any attention or help lady at front told me I have to wait until they are done with other cars(ETA 30 more minutes). Finally somebody took care of it but why would I fight for getting a service properly unacceptable.
They did a great job on my seat that stained they got it out and it looked brand spanking new after they were done with it.
Very friendly car service technicians. Will definitely go back and make it my go to place.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great car wash with even better customer service. Leslie always has a smile and takes good care of me when I bring my car in for an oil change and/or car wash. All the workers are very nice and seem to know what they’re doing. Lobby is clean and the restrooms are always clean. Love the massage chairs as well.
