I love Ulta. This one doesn't have the ordinary section. The associates were friendly. O always have a great experience here.
My eyebrows are great. Unfortunately the young lady at check out didn't give me my birthday gift or double points. She said, I had to have a barcode on a email for her to scan. I went through emails and there wasn't a barcode on the birthday emails I received. She found me in the system. I have been doing business with you guys for 6 years in different states and towns. I never had this happen. She told me everyone else has just been doing it wrong. After leaving I signed into app there was a barcode there idk if that was what she needed. I am disappointed.
It was great I loved gong there they had a ton of stuff a little higher than the original price but its from ulta so its fine! Def recommend but the employees sometimes don't help bit that's only 1% of the time! Its great so yea
I did my Christmas shopping at this location for the ladies in my life. The staff was friendly and helped me choose different types of makeup. However this location was not well prepared for the holidays as they had no gift sets available.
