Today was my first time in the business and my first Brazilian wax. I scheduled my appointment online and chose any person option for my appointment. When I arrived I was greeted as soon as I walked in and checked in. The girl at the front desk was sweet! I waited about 10 short minutes and was called back with Georgia who was / is AMAZING! I told her it was my first time for a Brazilian wax and she explained everything and made me felt at ease Thru it all. She was wonderful and I highly recommend her! I will be going back in the future!

I came here for the first time a few days ago and I was not impressed. It was my first time and I was very nervous. It was super painful and the waxer didn’t do much to make me feel comfortable or relaxed. When I got home, I noticed there was still hair left. I called and they told me I could do a touch up that was complimentary. Based on reviews, I booked it with Leanna this time and the experience was a night and day difference. She talked me through it making me feel comfortable and the pain level went from a 10 to a 2. She was absolutely amazing!!! I definitely booked my second appointment that day. If this is your first time and want an outstanding experience, Leanna is your go to person! Absolutely phenomenal!

Very clean, very fast, I always ask for Leanna. I've had Brazilian waxes and underarm waxes. Good experiences here.

Thank God for this place! I went to the Richmond location recently and Aimee ( I believe that's the spelling of her name) did a Great job! Plus she was Quick and Very Friendly!

It was my first time at European wax and Georgia was amazing! She Made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be going back!!
