Toured a unit that was being remodeled from top to bottom and they expedited the work so I could move in 3 days later. Staff is exceptional. Maintenance showed up for a request the same day. Location is amazing, overlooking a park. Lots of trees and peaceful. Gated with surveillance. Just few minutes from everything. Very happy here.
So here’s my updated review. I moved out in November and my overall stay was good given that I never had to visit the office for any issues. However let’s get to the deposit refund, so I paid $200 and got $59 in return, keep in mind we stayed there for 3 years the apartment was definitely in good condition but of course they found any little thing to charge me for like a cleaning fee, a carpet shampoo fee!? if you don’t expect to already do that after every person that moves out they are doing something wrong. INSTEAD they decided to charge me for it!! That makes no sense! They expect to leave it spotless when moving out. Ok. I wish I could post the video I took upon move out to prove what I’m saying! That to me was not fair at all but I guess they just try and keep as much of your money as they can, glad I’m done with the apartment life!nnI recently just moved in, however the apartment I was suppose to be moving into wasn’t quite ready. So instead of management pushing my move in date back another time or placing me in a temporary apt they upgraded me to a bigger upgraded apt for the same price I had previously! That to me is great service, so far my experience has been awesome! Im enjoying my stay here and hope it stays that way.
I just moved in about 3 months ago and I must say that the people in the office are wonderful. Ms Brenda was a big help. I love the property the only flaws is when I first applied I did a viewing of an apartment that wasn’t finished yet. I was told that the unit I was getting would have all updated appliances and so on. Nevertheless when I moved in I had none of those. The stove continuously would not work so they came in and swapped out for another stove they got from another apartment. The people above me have no respect I’ve complained to the office numerous times and nothing has been done. I work nights and early mornings at times and I can barely get rest. I’ve even asked if I can swap units if possible. I just feel that what I pay I should have what it’s worth as well as be comfortable. I’ve seen the maintenance men putting new appliances in the units near me but I have yet to receive a update on my unit. This review isn’t to bash the property I just want was told to me I would receive.
I lived here over 2 years and recently moved due to job transfer. The good things about the property is that it is very well maintained, maintenance is awesome and great pricing. The staff at Cascade at Fountain lake is always so friendly and helpful. Everything is handled efficiently. Aubree Hinski has always gone above and beyond, making sure me and my family’s stay here is pleasant.I’ve rented at several different apartment communities and this has, by far, been my best experience.
I’ve lived here for 3 yrs now and for the most part I liked it. Expect for my car and many other cars being keyed in this apartment complex. I believe it’s due to it being over crowded with parking at night. People who pay to live here have to park where they are not suppose to risking being towed. Lucky they really don’t tow here from what I’ve noticed.nI also have been annoyed Lately with my appliances breaking down every other day. If it’s not my garbage disposal it’s my dryer if not the dryer the ac goes out. Trust that I’m not a complainer and I understand this maybe a older building, things fall apart. But I’m just over it. I don’t have help with rent I do it on my own, I pay a lot so I’d like a nice apartment. I will not be resigning my lease next yr.nnhowever I will add that the staff is great and very friendly, they do their best. This is just my experience.
