It’s been a month since I’ve moved in and I LIKE IT! Ally in the office is awesome and was very helpful and sweet. Everyone is new and friendly and they just don’t let anyone in which is good because I was so tired of my previous ghetto apartments. Easy access to everything stores, restaurants, freeway.

No amenities what so ever, no pool, gym or even a leasing office, they are currently using one of the models as a leasing office. $895 for an apartment that's in a rough area with no amenities to offer as well just doesn't have make sense, The apartments do look great on the inside newly built but they should reconsider their pricing. would have loved to rent there but having a gym and a pool was very important to be.

Ally in the leasing office was very nice. This is my first apt since moving to Tx. I wanted this experience to be hassle free and because of Ally it was. She answered all my questions. Thank you so much Ally for your hard work I appreciate it!!!
