I would have given this company a negative star if i could. If you use DRN do not leave your personal items within reach, he will use them as his own. I’m still waiting for him to return my channel locks. They left the work area in disarray and did not dispose of their coveralls, gloves, etc. I was not informed that any rodents would eat thru the flex pipe so I am now having to repair leaks both inside and underneath my house. I am now having to pay additional money on top of the two thousand dollars that I have payed out to DRN. I also have called and left many messages and they have never returned my call.nLeroy J., Weimar

Excellent company. Cody, their technician, came on a Saturday when no one else would call me back. He did an excellent job and was extremely polite and sociable. The owner is reliable and service oriented.
