Purchased a Chainsaw that did NOT work, right out of the box. They would not take it back. They said, I had to take to a Shop and have them fix it. So now, I'm out the money of the saw, the fuel I purchased, the oil I purchased, a spark plug I purchased in case that's what was wrong with it and now they want me to PAY to get it fixed!!! What a scam! Should they not have a notice that say, not returnable? If they had had a sign, I never would have taken the chance and purchased it. I'm out $300+ and I have no Chainsaw. Shame on them, they know they can return to their Dealer, what is the customer suppose to do with no option but to fork out more money?? Never shopping at their store again!
Great lumber yard. Not too big not too small just right. Helpful personnel too and always friendly.
Love this place. Employees are very helpful. Store is clean and uncluttered. Also has a nice garden center.
This was our first experience at this store. We were stories by the number of home furnishings available. Overall they have a decent selection for the size of the store.
Nice, clean store. Has what we are looking for most of the time. Only exceptions is hard to find items, even in the Houston areas. Easy parking. Staff available to help.
