I went in for a full set and wanted ombre. Ended up with two different ladies trying to figure out how to properly do Ombre,Never happened. 3 and a half hours later I left with nails way shorter than I asked for,several cuts on my fingers and some color that I did not want. They said we could start over again but I had to get home for my grandson. Extremely disappointed ud83dude1e

Worst nail experience ever! First time and will never return, i was there for 3 hours and she had no idea how to do nails
