I don't know what the speed of service goal for you is, but it is horrible. Why do you have 2 windows if you don't open the back one at 12pm on a Sunday? Manager in the office othe manger in the dining room eating. Manager in office no head set. We enjoy Whataburger but I will not return to this location.
Like this whataburger better than the ones in the other nearby cities. They have the shortest wait time in the drive through probably due to the staff being organized. And they never have gotten my order wrong
The drive through is very slow, but if you go inside you will get your food super fast, even to go. Always go inside unless you plan on staying in drive through 15 minutes or more
Longest I’ve ever get waited in a fast food line. Could have eaten in a restaurant at the same speed. Don’t go to if you plan to get out of line in 30 minutes
They screw up my order almost each and every single time I come through. And the best part? I don't find out until I get home, after waiting 10-20 minutes in the drive thru to get my food. Lol
