Drive thru only at this time. Had to pull around to the front door and wait for order. Good news it that it was hat and fresh.
Absolutely worthless. Been here twice, first time nearly 25 min wait. This 2nd time waited for 50 MINUTESS!!! Employees were rude and seriously disorganized. They were confused on my order. Never again.
Last two times I have ordered from here we have requested for seasoning, to go with our large order of tenders. Have not received either time and also did not receive any gravy with my purchase of 25 tenders and mash potatoes. Very disappointed with service.
Very easily assessable! Food is always fresh and hot. Looking for other options, this is a pretty good one.
Restaurant is mismanaged with immature leaders and servers. To much yelling and arguing with each other, if there was managers there they did nothing. It was very uncomfortable to wait on your food and have to go through all that. If I was to run my business like this I wouldn’t be in business long. Food was unappetizing after the LONG wait to get it. I will not be going back and I can’t see this establishment lasting long with all the chicken restaurants here in Midlothian. Place really needs leadership and more mature customer service reps.
