I always get good brows coming here but as a paying customer if I tell you I don't like something I don't expect attitude. Customer service is very important to me. After my threading my eyebrows were too thin and the lady told me that she would fix them. How do you fix thin eyebrows? Overall I honestly didn't like how she handled the situation. She gave me attitude and ended up calling her boss and spoke in another language. I just felt like that was rude to speak in another language. However this place is really good I just didn't like their customer service when I was unhappy with my eyebrows.

I had been to multiple places to get my eyebrows done and couldn’t stick to anyone as i was never satisfied but yesterday i went to SOI brow for the first time and the lady there did it so well. She took her time to do it without rushing to finish. My sister’s friend told me about the place and i must say i was satisfied with the service they provide. Works for men eyebrows.

I always love getting my eyebrows done at this locations. They always make my eyebrows look amazing. The staff is so kind and do amazing work. I highly recommend coming here!
