Today around 4 p.m. I witnessed two Outstanding Police Officers of The Colony Police Department assist a motorist with a disabled car. One Officer was literally physically shoving this disabled vehicle down 423 from South Colony boulevard while the other Officer drove his police vehicle with emergency lights on behind. Most impressive benevolence to the community I have seen in decades. Wow y'all.

Absolutely blown away by how awesome Officer James D. Farris was with helping me with my situation tonight. He was so quick to come when I requested for a report and was so professional, reassuring, calm, and helpful. He even made some jokes to help ease the situation and gave me tips for the future. He listened to me carefully and provided me with nothing but answers. I have never in my life reviewed a police department but like I said, I was blown away. Give this officer a higher position!!!

Your jail supervisor (big guy with glasses other staff said he was boss) needs to learn how to be more professional. When I was there I watched him talk to inmates like we were dogs. It was like he be instigating fights on purpose. What shocked me is I herd everything in cell and he talked smack about his own workers. The other jailers were nice.

Words can't express the level of professionalism and care I received from the entire staff and the Colony Police station. And I especially have to give special thanks to officer Bishop #408 for making me and my family feel safe during a scary situation. Thank you all for carefully examining my situation for my comfort and safety.
