Strittmatter has never let me down. The staff is always polite and quick to reply to my routine maintenance or technician needs. My AC and heat stopped working yesterday, due to the TX winter storm. I called for an appointment this morning, and within 15 minutes, I received a call from Jacob stating he was on his way. Jacob was knowledgeable, courteous, and followed up on any questions I had. Thank you again, Jacob, for all you have done. Thank you, Strittmatter, for hiring the best employees. It means a lot to a valued customer.
Jacob has a very warm personality. He did the work needed in the attic and took the time to explain to both my wife and I the work that had been performed. He , additionally took the time to level set us on cost should the unit ever have to be replaced. We were very impressed with his professionalism.
Adam Dennis is a great person to work with. Not only is he prompt and respectful of the surroundings, but he is eager to share knowledge with interested patrons. A question has never gone unanswered and too many questions is never too many with him. Adam is clearly interested in what is best for me not what's best for Strittmatter, and that is why I highly recommend him.
Jacob arrived on time. Very professional and friendly. He explained their maintenance program to me and went to work on the HVAC systems. He was very thorough and took the time to explain what needed to be repaired and the costs involved. Fees were reasonable and I have signed up for their maintenance program. In all, a very good experience.
Adam repaired a busted spigot on the back of the house. Adam was extremely friendly, professional and very helpful! I highly recommend this company! I’ve used them before and have always been very happy with their work!
