Ismael was awesome! He was professional, knowledgeable and did a great job fixing our shower adjuster/handle. He was courteous, neat and explained everything very well before the work was done.nnI also previously worked with Devan, Justin and Keith who were also professional and knowledgeable and took care of a burst pipe and my water heater issue. Paul was excellent and did a great job. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Paul was efficient and quick in diagnosing a major lab leak, and he kept me informed and answered my questions all through the repair. He is certainly an asset to this company. Customer service from everyone at C&W was outstanding. It was my first time to use C&W, but I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
Excellent service and timely! Had out of town guests for the holidays and a leaking water pipe in an inside wall .Keith not only found the leak but fixed it quickly and professionally. My only regret is that I had to pull him away from his family during holiday celebrations. He is a true and dedicated gentleman and professional. I felt extremely fortunate for having called C & W Plumbing what a Godsend!nI wish there was a better and more inclusive term than just Highly Recommended.
They came to bid on a possible drain pipe replacement. The tech was very informative and helpful in answering all my questions. All the options was clearly explained to me. Final decision not made at this point, but feel better informed and feel positive toward C&W plumbing.
Rhett arrived within the time specified. He greeted with his name and introduced his training partner. Upon evaluating the issue he presented the options to proceed and the financial.
