My first time ordering from Jersey Mike's and when I walked in I thought it was gonna be like Subway with all the fixings in front of you but it wasn't, I didn't know what I wanted and had questions. I asked Jake(worker)what he liked to eat there and he told me some good choices and I picked the club Supreme without roast beef then when i realized it was cold I asked if he would warm it up and he did! He also asked before putting all the stuff on it! I literally stood bout 10mins before I could even make up my mind but Jake was very patient with me and was a good worker!

Came here a while back to just get a nice Giant Big Kahuna. My coworkers are always shocked to see me eat the whole thing in one go. Get some of the pepper jam on the side to slather on top. Makes it way better.

I am always impressed with Jersey Mike's customer service. I have visited multiple locations in the Plano/Frisco area and am treated great at every location. I came to this location tonight and was extremely grateful for the 3 guys working there. I was the only customer customer in the store at 8:30pm (30 minutes before close) and all 3 of them jumped up to help me when I walked in. After they started making my sandwich I realized I left my wallet at home and told them sorry I wouldn't be able to pay for it. I started to walk out but they said they would buy my sandwich tonight. They definitely did not have to do that. I work in the restaurant industry and see a lot of bad customer service sometimes. These guys went above and beyond to win a customer for life!! I great job to them and to Jersey Mike's! Keep up the amazing work!!
