I understand that the restaurant industry is currently struggling. What I don’t understand is that when we as customers choose to spend our hard earned money at establishment, we are not welcomed with good service, a smile, and a thank you.nWhen visiting Palio’s on an evening where there was absolutely no one in the place, the service we received was absolutely horrible. If you want to feel appreciated, I would recommend going to a different Palio’s, not the one here on Legacy!nFinally, I am also quick to recognize great service when it happens. Unfortunately, today’s experience was not the case and we most definitely will not come back to this location.nWe visited Palio’s at 520 on Saturday, 02/06 and a young lady took our order. Passing this on in case ownership is interested in saving their reputation and customer base!

Has this place changed management or owner? I used to go here frequently, but the last time I went, they wanted to charge me for a substitutions (like jalapeños instead of olives on a veggie pizza); AND since I wanted it a little crispy, they said they had to charge me more as the pizza required more time in the belt oven. Wow, never happened before, and nobody else does this. Never going back here, until management reverses such ridiculous charges.

The place was empty when we walked in (about 5:15). You place your order at the main counter. They give you a number and you go to wherever you want to sit and they bring you the food when it's ready. You get your own drinks. The wait was short and the food was very good. Portions were great I had a pasta dinner and salad, my wife had a small sub and a salad. Every thing was terrific. Manager said they get very busy later on. Place was clean, neat and well stocked. We would go again.

Great pizza ! Perfect temp when delivered. Only thing is WHOEVER cut this pizza must of been blind. Because I either had a sliver, a square, or a messed up triangle hahahaha
