I can’t express enough how amazing this Grandscape location is. They are super friendly, amazing, caring, the food was delicious and just the overall experience was phenomenal. I had ordered Uber eats from this location a month ago and had a bad experience. I called the managers wanted to help rectify and make it right. They both were so friendly and accommodating and just awesome. We went in person and dined and the food was great, Tina was so attentive and friendly, and Jacob the manager was so helpful. We stayed past close and weren’t even rushed. Definitely recommend this location

The lighting is oddly bright in this location but the food is very good. Our appetizers came out late but management was quick to comp them and make it right. We will definitely be back. Sean Paul was a fantastic waiter. Very fast and professional. I recommend asking for him if visit here!

Normally I love P.F Chang’s, but this one is terrible. The staff were terribly rude. While we waiting we ordered a drink at the bar. The bartender was rude and did everything but make our drinks, including rearranging the oranges. We will not be back. There is a Pei Wei just down the road. Go there instead.nnI’m editing this to address P.F. Chang’s response that they’ve disabled responses to. If you wanted to contact me then you would have used my contact info that is contained in this review. You just want to give the appearance of caring by using a bot to give automatic canned responses to negative reviews. This is just further poor service.

Food quality deteriorated!nThe most popular appetizer “Dynamite Shrimp” lacked both, spice and sauce!n“Singapore Street Noodles” has always been our favorite. But my last order, the noodles were way too dry and the chicken was tasteless.
