I'm not happy that we're still unable to dine in. Other wise it was okay. I ordered a couple of beef & cheese soft tacos, and a medium Pepsi. no issues with that. I noticed after I finished placing and receiving my order that the store really got busy. So I went by there at just the right time.
Always missing items when you go through the drive through, check your order. Management is fantastic though and is more than happy to help replace items. I'd rate higher, but this happens every single time I go through the drive through.
Worst customer service ever! This place deserves no stars at all! I ordered online and went through the drive-tru. Waited 15 minutes for someone to talk through the speakers. And I kept asking if they could hear me and saying hello just to make sure the head set was working. I pulled up the to the window and I let the man working there know that I had an online order. All he said was that he was speaking and I never replied then told me to get back in-line.
I'm done. Just not consistent.
Always always always check your items before leaving this taco bell. They always get something wrong or burn your food. Need to retrain their employees or completely rehire a new staff.
