This place is a joke and the salon stylists seem like they all just graduated beauty school! They were in the salon working on a mannequin and there were no clients! All the shelves were dirty and dusty too! I'm not buying old dusty products!
Definitely my preferred location over lewisville. Staff is friendly and helpful and they always have things stocked! :)

I always shop at this Ulta, and before today my experience has always been positive, and people have always been helpful. Today I walk in with my son, and walk to prestige. I got what I wanted and noticed a woman ( in the back)who kept staring, and walking close but never would ask if I needed help. I walked to the other side of the store, and another lady helpednme find a concealer (because she asked if I needed help). I go to the lashes and the same woman who stared at me from the back, had followed me to the front to STAND LITERALLY BEHIND ME at the lashes. Yet AGAIN not asking if I needed help. Just STOOD there. Absolutely horrible customer service. So here’s some advice. IF you’re going to FOLLOW someone so OBVIOUSLY, AT LEAST ASK IF THEY NEED HELP. I have NEVER had that experience before, and such blatantly obvious judgment.
