I’ve been living here for over 2 years now and Jorge is the best maintenance guy we have! Each time he comes to complete our service request, he always has a great attitude. Jorge is very helpful, patient, courteous, professional and knows what he’s doing. He’s very knowledgeable when we ask him questions. This apartment complex is very lucky to have him!

I had an opportunity to talk to the leasing specialist Jenny (Jennifer) and she was just super Awesome !! I was looking for apartments from quite sometime and have spoke to a lot of people but trust me she is just totally at a very different level , she answered all questions, provided the best deals available and also gave a tour of the community and apartments. Thank you so much again Jenny ! And coming to the apartments these are really good, well built , excellent parking space , nice ventilation , good natural lighting through windows , good location and a trail to walk right beside the apartment. I would definitely recommend anyone trying to find a new home to definitely try them once before looking for other options. Thank you so much again Team and thanks Jenny.

I was a walk in. My boyfriend and I met with Jennifer, a leasing agent who made time to sit down with us even though we didn't have an appointment. She was super sweet, very informative and conversational. I loved how she spoke so well about the community. You can tell she really loves what she does. Unfortunately, she didn't have a 2/2 to show us. We did see the one bedroom model though and she did offer to give us a call, once she had a 2/2 avail to show. Jennifer, was awesome! I absolutely love this complex. I have been here for a year and had nothing but a positive experience. The office staff is beyond professional and very friendly. The complex is beautiful and a lot of amenities. Highly recommend!

Tracie and her team are absolutely amazing. We have been here for 2 years and we’re going to move into a house but the house we wanted sold very fast causing us to resign a new lease. It was amazing how they worked with us during the process and one thing i love is how quick and responsive she (Tracie) is, even after hours. Very friendly neighbors to the point where this feels like an actual neighborhood despite it being an apartment complex. I ud83dudcaf vouch for this complex. We’re going to miss it when we move out but will always have great memories. The pool by the way is the best maintained pool in all of Frisco guaranteed.
