We manage several shopping strips in the area, and were recommended by a former client of GPS to use their services for an issue we had on one of our properties. Not only did they provide incredible service, but they were able to find a leak a previous contractor had missed. Their smoke service is top notch and a true asset to the company. Thomas was very pleasant to work with during our transactions, and made the entire process very streamlined. Do not hesitate to use GPS for your projects both big and small. Thanks guys!

Barbara was very pleasant to deal with as the 1st contact, extremely professional. Communication was always on point, and I was even well pleased when the tech called a half hour early to the appointment to fit me in. We had a leak under our foundation, and he was able to find it quicker than expected with their smoke testing. I was charged exactly as quoted for the testing. While we ended up running into issues along the repair schedule, they were very accommodating with the issues and were able to keep within our budget restrictions. I would recommend them to any of our friends and family without hesitation.

Great customer service from phone call to invoice. Had them out to repair a boiler system in one of our hotels in North Dallas, had no surprises on the invoice even though the job was filled with surprises. Our invoice was very detailed and written legibly with no hidden charges. Work was done in a very timely manner all while supplying great quality. They will definitely be our only call for any of our properties in North Texas.

We had Garrison Plumbing out for a retrofit and remodel of our shopping plaza in North Dallas over the past few months. They not only provided top notch service, but also were very conscientious of the health and safety of our patrons. The technicians that worked on our project took extra steps to minimize any transitions of Covid. Mr Garrison was very helpful in helping us pick out the best upgrades for our budget. If we could offer 6 stars we would. We look forward to working with them again on some of our other properties in the near future.
