This company is the best! I called for repairing a hot water slab leak problem in my house, the office person and the owner / plumbing masters returned my call on time, and set up the service day easily. I could feel their listening to me and understanding my descriptions so well, so I decided to get service from this company. I am so glad I made this great choice!nOn the service day (3/30/2021 morning), master Wayne and Adam came to my home on time, and gave me a call ahead of their arrival. They are so great!!! Wayne has so much experiences in the field of plumbing, and he patiently listened to me, carefully and efficiently diagnosed the problem, and quickly found out the leaked hot water line. They did not waste any time; they explained everything to me, then they started rerouting the hot water line right away. Adam worked so hard during this service time, and he did a great job! Wayne and Adam co-operated so well, and so everything could be done fast and in a great way!!! The slab leak problem got resolved so well and fast; and they cleaned up job site so well! Our family is very satisfied! Also we have learnt a lot from Wayne during the process!nQuality work, professional, good persons, great attitude, honest, trustful, high skill, efficient, and good pricing….This company is the best, and this team (Wayne and Adam) is the best! First, I would like to say Camisha in the office is a great representative of the company. She cares about customer service and is always helpful. Really appreciate her.nnAdam and Wayne were my plumbers. They came out to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. They were personable, on time and did a great job. Even gave me some very useful plumbing advice to help me save some $$$. Really appreciated that. I have had Legacy Plumbing come out to the house at least 3 times and have been very pleased with their workmanship and customer service.

I just had Legacy Plumbing replace my 2 gas hot water heaters in my attic. Steven and Logan did the install. I was so very impressed with their professionalism. From the estimate to the install to the cleanup to the receipt. It was all far more professional than I have had in the past from other similar types of dealings. The use guys did an amazing install and upgraded things that were needing upgrading. I feel so lucky that I chose this company to handle this. I chose them based on their ratings and I think I made the right choice! 5 stars!!!

Canon and Jake from Legacy showed up at our home promptly and did a great job repairing our leak. They explained each step along the way and quickly diagnosed our hot water leak. They made the repair and it has been working perfectly. They left our home spotless! We absolutely will use Legacy Plumbing again. Highly recommend!

I am so grateful for the experienced and customer-focused staff at Legacy Plumbing and will recommend them to my family, friends and colleagues. My pipe bursted during the freeze and I was unable to get a plumber out to fix it until March 22, 2021.
