Legacy Plumbing

I have used Legacy Plumbing for several years and each time they have come out, I've been pleased with the service provided and their professionalism. Mike C. came out today to do some repairs. In addition to being on time, he was personable and efficient in not only making the necessary repair, but also helpful by answering some other questions I had as well. I recommend Legacy.

One of my residential water heaters recently failed. After doing some online research regarding water heater installation service providers, I selected Legacy Plumbing, as they had the best online customer reviews. I called and described my issue to one of their service representatives and he was able to schedule next day repair service.nnAlex and Adam were the two service techs assigned for the installation. They were very communicative in notifying me of their expected arrival time and did indeed arrive promptly as promised. Upon arrival, Alex inspected the failed unit and confirmed that it was not repairable. He was very thorough in his inspection and also discovered that a second unit that serves a different area of my residence had failed also. Alex then provided a very detailed explanation of the replacement options available to me and walked me through each particular option. Fortunately they were able to have an additional 50 gallon unit delivered to my residence on short notice, as they had only originally planned to install a single unit. So glad they were able to work this in as it saved a good deal of both time and money in not having to have a second trip scheduled to repair the other unit.nnAlex and Adam were both very courteous and professional, providing a very high level of attention to detail in making certain everything was removed and replaced properly. They were exceptionally neat and clean in performing removal of the old units and in installing the two new units. Alex performed a walk through inspection of both installations upon completion of work and thoroughly explained the features of the comfort and safety options that were installed on each unit.nnIf you are in need of plumbing services I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing.

Today was the second time I have used Legacy Plumbing and give them 5 stars all the way around for both issues they have resolved for me! Johnny was so professional on both visits, called me ahead of time with his eta, wore booties in my home to not track mud in and fixed my water heater and draining issue with ease. The courtesy and professionalism of Legacy Plumbing was impeccable from beginning to end! During the most stressful Texas winter storm on record, I encountered nothing but friendly and helpful associates. Mike and Gerald came to my home to complete the repairs and they were superb! They took the time to explain the repair and answer all of my questions. Not only did Mike and Gerald handle the repairs, but they took the time to answer other plumbing questions I had, as well as provide guidance on how best to approach. As busy as plumbers are right now in Texas, the time they took to make sure I was taken care of was very much appreciated.
