Pizza's Ready

AMAZING!! Not only is the pizza delicious - Chef Christian cannot be nicer and more caring to his customers needs! Makes you want to go back for more even if you live 45 minutes away (like I do). I can't wait to try more meals and support a man that is not only a great Chef but also backs the blue

Stayed open during the terrible weather. Did a great job getting food out to people who needed it. Read several great post about them on the neighborhood page. Not to mention the best pizza I have had in a while. If the pizza is that good when they are slammed. It’s probably even better during normal times. They are my new “go to” for great pizza and service.

The pizza is great but the business is very poorly run in my opinion. I have ordered from them three times and below are my personal experiences.nnThe first order was excellent and I was happy to have a new local restaurant to support. Yea!nnThe second experience was a disaster. I placed an online order via their website for pickup and when I got there the business was closed (during published open hours). There was no note on door, no response to phone calls, and they were taking people’s orders/money when they weren’t even open. I tried calling the next day (during business hours) but no one answered. Finally, in the afternoon I received a call saying they were issuing a refund. I asked what happened and was told they had decided to close early due to weather. There was nothing offered for the inconvenience of ruining my family dinner. Based upon other cars I saw in the parking lot I can only assume there was tons of customers who encountered the same problems.nnSo, I decided to give them a second chance and placed my third order. I am said to say they utterly failed again. I called to place the order just to ensure they were open and there would be no issues. Upon arrival for pickup the lady running the cash register informed me they didn’t have any order for me. She asked other employees if they had seen it but no luck. She then asked if I wanted to place a new order and of course I declined at that point. On my drive home, with no dinner for the family (again), I received a call asking if I had left as my order was just coming out of the oven. I told them I would not be returning to pick it up and they had permanently lost my business.nnI had such high hopes for this pizza place but they have been such a huge letdown to me.

Great pizza! They've always been nice when going in to pick up. Would recommend. Also, they were the only pizza place open during the snowstorm. Very thankful for their pizza and great service!

“Pizza Ready” is hands down the best Pizza place in DFW!! The young man delivered pizza two different times to Texas Health Frisco yesterday and was so sweet and even provided details about how the pizza was made. We will definitely be ordering more pizza in the future!! - Emergency department nurses and staff
