I was impressed with the young lady and young man that I ordered from last night around 8:30 at this location. January 17th. They were incredibly polite, helpful and efficient. It’s nice to be treated so well at a Fast food restaurant. I didn’t get their names but I hope their manager sees this.

food here taste fine, service not so good. These two women when they were taking my order, they were literally facetiming and barely paying attention. I asked fro a little bit of mayo and guess what, they couldnt hear me because they were busy facetiming so they basically put so much mayo that it was literally a mountain. Highly disappointed. The two people who were busy facetiming were these two indian ladies.

Ordered from the app. Turns out I got double charged. Showed the employee working and asked to cancel one of the charges. Long story short, he calls the owner and I end up talking to him to explain what happened. The owner says he will not give a refund until he speaks to subway corporate but ensures me multiple times that he will call me the next day at 10am to go through steps of refunding the double charge.nn....he never called and never returned calls and I never got my refund.

Terrible service tonight, I got grilled chicken for my son and when he tried to eat it the chicken was cold another time they charged me $11:00 for a regular sandwich pretending by mistake she charged me for a double sandwich never got credit back or charged me $7:00 for a bread only.
