We love Cicis... since we went a store in Lake Buena Vista, FL 10 years ago. But this one in Little Elm is special... Great place to eat... following the COVID-19 safety measures... awesome ambient, friendly and nice staff... and also, good food!
Always pretty solid. Fast service even with the new Covid serving policies in place. Buffet pizzas are refreshed quickly and store is clean.
There is no social distancing enforced. This makes me believe that they don’t care about the lives of others more than business. The only change I see is that they serve you the food, which is good but if someone can sit a foot and half away from me that defeats the purpose. The food tasted chewy as well. Highly disappointed!
Good place to feed your family really quick. The little ones love the Alfredo based pizza over any other Pizza out there...
Great food, all the managers are super cool especially that Jose guy, they make you custom pizzas too with the buffet, honestly one of my favorites
