Every time I come to this place there is literally one customer inside and they star at me. After waiting a few minutes they ask me what I need then proceed to tell me that they don’t have time to help me. It’s clear they don’t need the service so I’ll be taking my service else where. This has happened the last 3 times coming into this nail salon over the last month. Tried to give benefit of the doubt, lesson learned.
Went for french tips.nThey look nice when recently done and most of the time. Although when I needed filling, my nail started coming off like three days after, because the spots where the acrylic nail had come apart or loose, were not cut, filed and repaired before the filling. Very sad.
Been coming here 12 years for manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing. I'm always pleased. Owners are friendly, down- to-earth but they take care of business. My experience has always been positive.
I went twice different days and the SAME LADY said she’s done for the day while having 1 customer waiting and being 5 hours BEFORE closing. Please change the hours or get more employees thank you.
