Adam was an INCREDIBLE bartender....this was 8 months ago. ... Went in today, waited 15 minutes was totally ignored in the bar. Ended up leaving. El Chico was happy to serve us.nn4/6/21 Never ever ever ever again. Tried again, hoped for decent service. Bartender was rude manager was rude. Place was pretty empty. BYE OTB you used to be one of my absolute favorites. I'll spend my dining dollars elsewhere where my business is appreciated.
We ate our dinner at the bar on Easter Sunday rather than wait 30-45 minutes for service due to their being short handed on wait staff. Good choice. The bartender was very friendly and the food was awesome, my frozen margarita even better. Best On the Border I have dined at.
I'll be honest when Hubby pulled into OTB parking lot, I was like why are we going here...we had 2 really bad services here, but I decided not to argue about it...I was hungry!! So happy I didn't argue with him..It was awesome! Our waitress was excellent(wish I could remembered her name, I did hear her say she has 2 sons working there). Hubby ordered the Beef Fajita Salad and I had The Trio(Fish Taco, Chicken Enchilada and Beef Empanada) all were perfect. We will be back and truly enjoyed our meal and service...Good Job!!
I believe this location is still operating at less than 100%. Prepare for a long wait time. Other than that dinner was great! Odyssey was out waiter and he was fantastic! Kept our drinks filled and checked in on us regularly... other tables around us were struggling with the wait staff but we had zero issues. My food was fresh and amazing... we will return!
Some of the best staff I've met, always attentive and never had to ask for refills cause the were always on point with it. Well except my beers but they have to ask so it wasn't a problem. Good atmosphere but especially the servers. They are literally what makes a restaurant amazing or trash.
