Tried the crab cakes and shrimp platter for the first time. They were pretty good. The drive thru could use some restructuring. It’s curved in such a way that you feel like you will hit the curb.
Found hair in french fries, clams tasted very old. As if they may have been freezer burned before being cooked. Fish was good, but after finding the hair I lost my apetite
Delicious food and drinks. Friendly drive through. This specific Long John Silver's has been open for over 10 years.nIt seems like they have a continuous flow of customers.
Food was very good but service subpar. Very slow service and they forgot to include shrimp ordered so had to request before driving off. We also asked for some crumbs as we love with lemon but they also left off and when we asked they gave some excuse of it taking longer to get. My first time at this location so hopefully better for others.
GREAT FISH,CHICKEN AND SHRIMP. THE CORN IS TOO SALTY, IT IS NOT RIGHT FOR YOU TO ORDER EXTRA FOOD AND DON'T RECEIVE IT. THEY ARE SAYING YOU HAVE TO COME BACK THE SAME DAY, WHEN THEY MESS UP YOUR ORDER.WE WAIT IN THE DRIVE THRU 15 MINUTES OR MORE THEY SHOULD DOUBLE CHECK TO SEE IF THEY HAVE WHAT YOU PAY FOR.ITS YOUR JOB NOT OURS. PERIOD.
