This location is so slow every single time, but I have not had an issue with my food that I can remember.nnJust don’t go at 10 AM, yes that’s what time they open, but that’s not what time they’re gonna attempt to serve you.

Lord, one star was too many! I went today and was in line for at least 35 minutes. I tried to add something at the window and the manager told the staff member I had to come inside to add an item ud83eudd26‍♀ufe0f... Never mind!! Meanwhile, there is a line of cars and 3-4 workers come parading outside to throw away a box a piece and maybe a sack!! Huh??? Then, I got my order. The chicken was dry! The okra was old and the tea gave me instant diabetes (well that part was ok). This is not the pandemic. This is piss poor management and honestly a disgrace to the Golden Chick brand!

I'm very disappointed, I always go to this location but I don't think I'm going back... I got a 25 piece tender meal with sides, one of my side was salad with rotten shredded carrot, I add a dozen of rolls half of them where raw ud83dude14 also I asked for half spicy and half regular but they put all spicy, they did fix them because that was the only thing I notice on time before we started eating....

Know that we go here often and expected a great experience we went there to have to wait in a long line. With people cutting also the got my order wrong 2 times and when paying I gave a $100 dollar bill and expected my change but instead rushing me out I forgot and I had to go back and wait an extra 20 minutes and they sill messed up my drink order

The chicken tenders were not good at all. They tasted old and the Mac n Cheese was to soft. I asked for half spicy and half regular and only got regular. I won't be back anytime soon.
