its a shame there aint a review for Artesia Police Department so this will have to do how is it constitutional to make a poor person who has no criminal history to pay fines and be on supervised probation for there first time being in trouble were they have to pay for the drug test and probation fee 50.oo bucks a month plus fines what is going on in this town seems illegal to pay for your freedom
