Horrible customer service! I had my hair braided exactly one week from today and I have already had at least 5 braids to come out! Initially there were 2, so I called and spoke to the manager and explained that I needed the braids replaced. She said they didn't have time. So I called a few hours later and was told the same thing. I explained to her that I was going out of town tomorrow and needed them done today. So I decided to show up to the shop to show her the 3 additional braids that were coming out. She quickly told me they didn't have time and that I could just gel my hair down and come back when I returned from out of town. That her braiders couldn't stop braiding the other customers' hair. So I said I am willing to wait. Then she said she didn't know how long it was going to take and there were at least 2 more people waiting. I then asked how long would it take to replace 2 braids. She said just gel it and come back! Such horrible customer service. So I have just spent an additional $10 at another braiding salon to have all my missing braids replaced. I will never return to this braiding shop ever again!

They didn’t grip all my hair and when I asked to come back they didn’t respond! 200$ is way too much money for them to pull that BS!
