I can state without reservation this is the best salon I have patronized. I visited seven stylists in four months before I found Deanna Groom Grant. I will not go anywhere else now. She is an expert in cutting and coloring. the salon is the cleanest I have seen. She is timely so you do not see a group sitting around. Again, her services are exceptional.
Deanna is the epitome of professional hair stylist. Her work is impeccable and I'm blessed to be called one of her clients. You will not be disappointed. I get compliments all the time about my hair color. She is amazing!
I was looking for a well reviewed hair business because as all women know, it is hard to find the right one!nI was impressed with the 5 stars that the Groom Grant Salon on 204 E Pleasant Run Rd #116, DeSoto, TX 75115 so I gave them a call.nThe lady who answered the phone asked if I have been there before. I said no but I would like to book an appointment. She said she was with a customer and will call me back. Somehow my instinct told me she won't call back. Sure enough many hours later no one called. Meanwhile, I found another appointment at another salon which I am hoping will work out.nI decided to write this review because I wanted to make a point. If you say you are calling someone, do call. Ignoring a customer is not good BUSINESS no matter what the reason is. I am glad I did not visit this salon after all!
So excited about Deanna's new salon! It looks as great as my hair when she's done with it! This is why she's been the ONLY person to touch my head for the past 15 years. Congrats Deanna!
This Salon is very professional and Deanna does a wonderful job on my hair. She takes her time and focuses on the customer. I also get in and out in a timely manner.
