During the February 2021 freeze in Texas, it was almost impossible to get a plumber to repair a broken pipe and get my water back on. It took me 8 days without water and calls to at least 12 plumbers before I found Micah's. Even though they were working insanely long hours and were fully booked for days in advance, they came out late at night and got my water back on. They identified the cause of the leak as the result of some years earlier plumbing work that had been done incorrectly by the builder, so they did a temporary fix and promised to come back and reconfigure the pipeline and do the job right next week when things aren't so out-of-control in Texas. I am so grateful to have running water again, and be able to take a shower and flush toilets and wash dishes and clothes, etc.! I will be calling on Micah's for future plumbing work and highly recommend them.

Micah may be honest, but his receptionist is ill-mannered and poorly trained. Without listening to our needs, she assumes what we did and didn’t need. It was almost like our business wasn’t important to her. So, we took our business elsewhere.
