I have used this service numerous times and it's been great. Called to speak to a manager today regarding my service and he was AWFUL. Complete jerk offering no concern for my dissatisfaction with today's cleaning. Had no concern about losing a customer so I will voice my opinion that he is a terrible manager. Do not use this company as it is poorly managed.
Constantly excellent jobs, event with different cleaners assigned at different times. Great communication and any miscommunications rectified easily. Easy to deal with. No hassle. Price reasonable for service provided. All-round highly recommended compared to other cleaners I have engaged in the past.
I'm loving having Love My Clean House our house. So lovely to come home to a clean house for the weekend, with the bed made and everything sparkling. The cleaners that I have met have all been really friendly and respectful, it's easy to book or change your time-slot via the website and I think the pricing is good, especially with the specials and discounts from referrals.
I live far out in Anna so there have been challenges in getting people to travel to clean my house. However, the office staff have worked extremely hard at providing me with quality, reliable services. The current cleaner is excellent and I couldn’t be more happy with her work. All around professional and respectful services!
Very responsive customer service. I’ve been trying to clean the excessive amounts of mold out of my shower for months now and I could never get it all out. Love My Clean House is AMAZING. They sent one cleaner and I can honestly say, he was the best. he stayed 50 minutes and everything in the bathroom was spotless. Did a superb job.
