So impressed by the professionalism and courteous service through the storm! Compared to other local apartment complexes, our management, Alex handled everything possible within his ability and in a timely manner. We were lucky enough to do without for very little time compared to others in the city. We were constantly notified via email regarding water shut offs, power down etc. Again, so many others were greatly impacted more than us. Thanks for your hard work to our maintenance men who were here to help as well! So glad to call this my home!!

I viewed this apartment twice in one day and had an excellent experience. When we decided we wanted to apply and take advantage of the waived app and administrative fee if we apply same day, we tried to apply online that night and the website wouldn't allow us to select the apartment we wanted. We were told to just come in the next day and apply in person. I was not able to make it due to a class and my partner got off work too late unexpectedly, so I called to try to make sure we wouldn't miss out on the special and tried to make arrangements. They did not answer so I left a message during business hours. I have since left 2 more voicemails during business hours, requesting a call back, and no one has called me. I do see where they've replied to someone else's Google review 5 hours ago, so I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere. It's a shame, I really liked this apartment.

I am STILL trying to get a package that was delivered in NOVEMBER. The package lock box onsite doesn't even work because the code I was given doesn't work. Management is never around because every time I ever checked the office it was closed. We never even got the documents for our walk through when we first moved in and management never responds to emails. Our dishwasher doesn't drain and when we put in a maintenance request they came by, turned it on, said it works, then left, and we still can't use it. The power goes out constantly too so I hope you have everything plugged into a battery backup.

They changed owners and sent last bill after moving out to a collection agency before billing me. We paid the bill directly to them and the collection agency put a ding on my credit and keeps billing me.nnThey lost the paperwork when moved in and this bill was part of the deposit. It was the clean up fee. So we paid this bill twice.nnThey do not keep good employees. This has been going on for three years now. Second collection agency.nnThis is harassment.

2020 has been an interesting year, that’s one thing we can all agree on! I’ve never moved somewhere without looking at the home and getting to know the community, however this year my husband and I did due to COVID...nnI love how quaint and respectful River Oaks has been. My husband and I moved here in June, and just adore this place. “Besides the green hot tub”... lol.nnOne request for dog lovers. Why not put up a fenced in dog run for the furry friends? Just an idea.nnThanks again for everything y’all do!
