I’ve called the office several times because noise issues with my neighbors, trying to be considerate before calling the police because after all it is an apartment. HOWEVER. The office staff NEVER contacts you back with an update or letting you know that they received your message and the issue still continues. They can send emails and texts all day about a mellow Monday but when it comes to contacting you directly about a complaint or an Error that was made on THEIR part you can forget about it.. but I don’t expect anything different from this new manager. This is a COMPLETE 180 from my first year of living here in regards to the recurrent issues and problems with the office manager. you would think the office staff would actually care more .nnUpdate. Nothing any different.. in the last 3 years I’ve been here things have gotten worse I have never had to deal with neighbors arguing and fighting so much and so late at night and when you talk to the courtesy officer they tell you to call 911.. oh and when you mention it to the office staff they will have no clue on any complaints or calls after hours I’ve had to repeat a complaint multiple times to each person there. which is very concerning to know you have no idea what’s going on on your property.....lease is up in 2 months and believe me when I say I’m counting down and already packing.. good luck to whoever moves here hopefully your experience is better than what I have had to endure.. or else you’ll be paying 1400 for the entertainment of your neighbors. Oh and don’t try to ask to move to a different unit because they will tell you that your rent will go up 200 dollars for the same floor plan in a different building....the only good part is the maintenance people, and daphne in the office, they have always been kind on each occasion that I have had with them and respond quickly.
We have lived here for 4 or 5 yrs never have we had any problems. And if any maintenance issues arise Efrain is the man to get it done is one of the best of maintenance men Thank you so much!
I love this this! I had the opportunity to take a tour with Brittany and she was great and took her time showing me all the good they had to offer. I ended up going a different direction but if I go back to apartment living I would definitely choose them just from my interaction while I was there!
I must start this off by saying Miguel and Efrain are very polite and do a great job in Maintenance. The same cannot be said about management and staff. They really do not care about any tenants here, we are all just dollar signs to them.nI was told this place is quiet and clean. It is neither of those. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors almost everyday. Some tenants like to rev their big V8s and speed through the parking lot.nI guess I picked the wrong apartment because all of the trash and leaves, that is being blown around by the wind, end up in front of my door. Management said they are on a building schedule and if it is not my buildings day, I would have to take care of any trash and/or leaves that is in front of my door.nIn my opinion, this place is not worth the money.
We’ve lived here since June and really love the townhomes! Love having a garage and our own “home.” Never had any issues with noise and I know we have neighbors but we’ve never heard them. The best part is not having anyone above or below us. Effrain with maintenance always fixes things promptly and Nigie at the front desk is always responsive. Only thing I would change is more visitor parking spots or the ability to buy a spot even if you have a garage
