Ellen Davis and her whole team are amazing! From the first meeting to after the closing they always made sure to keep us informed and made it such a smooth and short process. We had an above asking offer in less than 24 hours after our home was listed, I mean who could ask for more? We are so thankful to Ellen and her whole team for all they did in the sale of our home. Tim was the best agent we have worked with during our 12 relocations over the past 50 years. Tim helped us look at resales while we were showing our lake home residence 35 miles away. Time was of the essence, we were in the Christmas holiday period and everyone was dealing with Covid precautions. We were moving things out while shopping for a new home over a four week period.nnTim found several excellent resales for us to preview, while suggesting we look at a few builder spec homes in an area we absolutely never heard of or considered.nnNot only did he arrange appointments, he worked with several builder reps during the holidays so that we could lock in our purchase by noon on Christmas Eve. He even pointed out pros/cons of buying before our buyer’s option period ended. He responded to many late night texts and phone calls. He met us at closing to ensure every aspect of our purchase went smoothly. He was always available; and because of his work ethics, we never worried about a thing.nnEvery agent would be smart to follow Tim’s lead. The Davis' and their team of people were so helpful throughout our whole Buying/Selling adventure. They very responsive and helpful anytime we had questions about the process, but the best part was how smooth they made the showing and selling of our current home. Not only do they do an excellent job with marketing your house, but they provide staging at no additional cost! This was a life saver for a family with young children during an already chaotic time.
