We couldn’t be happier with all the support from Josh and Renee Uberta. We started looking in January for the perfect home, they were patient with us and helped us through the entire process, never once rushing us or making us feel like we were being too picky. And they sold our home in the blink of an eye! Literally, it went on the market and we accepted an offer within the week! The photographs were perfect and professional, they gave us amazing advice for staging.nnIf you’re looking for a realtor to buy or sell, PLEASE call Josh Uberta and Renee Uberta. As many curveballs as we were thrown from both buying and selling a house, we literally could not have had a better team going to bat for us. We must have looked at 50 houses, and when it came tome to negotiate, they were amazing. We couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out!
